I ordered a 4 pack of the item MCM 10351 (4-Pack)from Amazon and received 1 unit not 4! multiple calls to Amazon accomplished nothing except a refund of my money ( which still has not been credited) and no resolution as to the three other burners I should have received!

Would I order from Amazon again-not if I were in a hurry to get my item!!!

These burners were actually a little better than the originals. They had mesh in the flow area where the burner ends cover the gas valve, whereas the originals only had open spaces. I would assume to cut down in particulates that could get into the burner and disrupt the gas flow.
As I stated in the title, these burners went in easy, but there are some caveats. You'll want a pair of linesman pliers in order to adjust the end that is flattened and meant to screw in to back of the grill. This is not always at 90 degrees, and these are steel, so the pliers help pull the flattened end in a bit on those burners where it is not at 90 degrees. Also you should slide the burners in and onto the gas burner side first. Do this by inserting the burner upside down, (the back 'flat screw end' should be facing screw holes up, instead of down,) just turn the burner in your hand.) Insert the burner into the gas flow side first, then the back end should slide down the back of the grill, then turn the burner so it is right side up, ('flat screw end' screw holes should be facing down, so you can screw it in) and then screw in the back.
Now, as I mentioned, these are steel, and so you are probably cursing the old ones mightily in futile attempts to remove them. If you attempt to get the screws out of these old burners with the burners still in place, you WILL strip them. (But how do you move the burners if they are screwed in?, Well, read on....)
I found I had to use a cutting wheel, (Air tool) and PB blaster penetrating oil. I cut the old tubes in half so I could bend up the back of the tubes and access the screws much more easily. (Cut the tubes, pull the gas side half up and out, then bend the back of the tubes up towards the back of the grill) This allowed me to bring proper torque to bear on these screws, and I removed them without stripping them. Good luck. These burners were perfect.
